Agreement to Terms
By using SolidLift Watertown Towing services, you agree to these terms. We provide emergency towing, roadside assistance, and related services in Watertown, MA and surrounding areas. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use our services.
Services We Provide
We offer towing and roadside assistance services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Our services include emergency towing, flatbed towing, roadside assistance, accident recovery, and more. Service availability may vary based on weather conditions, equipment availability, and driver schedules.
We make every effort to respond quickly to your call, but response times can vary depending on our current call volume, your location, and road conditions. We'll always give you an honest estimate of when we can reach you.
Payment and Pricing
You agree to pay for all services provided at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Prices are based on the type of service, distance, time of day, and vehicle type. We'll provide you with a price estimate before we begin work.
If you're using insurance to cover the cost, you're still responsible for payment if your insurance doesn't cover the full amount. Any disputes with your insurance company are between you and them.
Your Responsibilities
When you call us for service, you need to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the problem you're experiencing. You're responsible for removing all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before it's towed. We're not responsible for items left in your vehicle.
You must have the legal right to authorize the towing or servicing of the vehicle. If you're towing a vehicle you don't own, you may need to provide proof of authorization.
Liability and Damage
We take great care with your vehicle and have insurance to cover our operations. However, some vehicles have pre-existing damage or are in poor condition. We'll note any visible damage before towing, but we're not responsible for damage that existed before we arrived.
We're not liable for damage caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as severe weather, road conditions, or issues with your vehicle itself. If you believe we damaged your vehicle during service, you must notify us within 48 hours.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel service, please call us as soon as possible. If our driver has already been dispatched and is on the way to your location, you may be charged a cancellation fee to cover our time and fuel costs.
Storage and Impound
If your vehicle is stored at our facility or an impound lot, daily storage fees will apply. You're responsible for these fees until you pick up your vehicle. We have the right to place a lien on your vehicle if storage fees aren't paid.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for that specific service. We're not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost wages, missed appointments, or other inconveniences.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes means you accept the new terms.
